The OECD today published its Economic Survey of the European Union. The report looks at the reforms needed to help the region strengthen its long-term economic prospects as it emerges from the worst recession in 50 years. The 2009 survey focuses on four main policy actions:

•        Strengthening innovation

•        Deeping the single market

•        Implementing energy policy and the transition to a low-carbon economy

•        Further improving external access to European markets.

The complete edition of the survey is available to the IESE community here.
