The 2009 Legatum Prosperity Index Table Rankings
Monday, November 2nd, 2009Finland is the world’s most prosperous country in financial terms and in terms of the quality of its democratic and bureaucratic institutions, according to the Legatum Prosperity Index. Finland is followed by Switzerland and Sweden in second and third place, respectively while Spain was ranked 19th.
